Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Aadya Dairy Farm collects through the Aadya app and this website, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account details: your name, phone number, and email address if you sign in with Google.
- Delivery details: your saved addresses and, only if you allow it, your device location, to find the right address.
- Order details: what you ordered, when, the amount, and the payment method.
- Device details needed for notifications: a push-notification token for your device.
- Messages you send us through the app, phone or email.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure page and are never seen or stored by us. We keep only the payment reference and status needed to confirm your order and process refunds.
How we use it
To take and deliver your orders, share your name, phone number and address with our delivery partner for that order, send order updates, process payments and refunds, give support, prevent fraud and misuse, and meet legal and accounting requirements.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the service (for example Razorpay for payments, and our hosting and notification providers), with the delivery partner assigned to your order, and where the law requires.
Location
Location is requested only to help you set a delivery address and to estimate arrival. You can decline or turn it off in your phone settings and enter your address by hand.
Retention and security
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes, and protect your data with encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care to limit who can see your information.
Your choices
You can update your details in the app under Profile. To ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account, contact us through our Contact page; we will respond within a reasonable time, except for records we must keep by law.
Children
Our service is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
