Delivery Policy
Where we deliver
We deliver from our shop in Boduppal, Hyderabad (address in the footer of this page) to addresses within our local delivery range. When you add an address in the app, checkout tells you if we cannot reach it yet.
Delivery time
Our products are fresh and are packed after you order. The estimated preparation and delivery time is shown in the app when you place the order, and you can follow your order through Preparing, Packed, On the way and Delivered.
Delivery charges
Any delivery charge is shown in your cart and on your bill before you pay. Free delivery on larger orders may be offered from time to time; if it applies, the app will show it at checkout.
Receiving your order
When your order is on the way, the app shows a 4-digit delivery code. Please share it with the delivery partner only when you have received your items. Please be reachable on the phone number in your profile so the delivery partner can find you.
Payment on delivery
Cash on delivery (cash or UPI handed over at the door) is available on eligible orders, and the app shows it as an option at checkout when it applies. Please keep the amount ready if paying in cash.
If nobody is available to receive the order
Because our products are perishable, we cannot hold or re-deliver an order after several failed attempts to reach you. Please contact us immediately if you will not be available.
