Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you use the Aadya app or this website to order from Aadya Dairy Farm ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Ordering
You must provide a correct name, phone number and delivery address. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds (for online payments) or once it is accepted (for cash on delivery). We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, an address is out of our range, or we suspect misuse, and will refund any amount paid.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are shown in the app. The price at checkout is final. You can pay online (UPI, cards, netbanking) through Razorpay, or by cash on delivery on eligible orders. We do not see or store your card or UPI credentials; payments are handled by Razorpay under its own terms and security standards.
3. Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Delivery Policy. Delivery times are estimates. Ownership of the goods passes to you on delivery.
4. Cancellations and refunds
These are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. Food quality
Our products are perishable. Please refrigerate dairy on receipt and follow the storage guidance on the pack. Tell us about any allergy or dietary need before ordering; our products are made in a kitchen that handles milk, nuts and gluten-containing ingredients.
6. Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your delivery code private until you have received your order. Please do not misuse the app, place false orders or attempt to interfere with its operation.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits your rights under Indian consumer protection law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms and will show the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute.
